We are wholesalers of luxury products. We deliver to privates or professionals. We do not sell clearance items or products coming from old stocks which quality is difficult to control. Most of the products which we sell are made to order. They are produced especially for our customers upon receipt of their orders.
Our watches as well as the other items which we sell on our website are authentic and 100 % brand new. They come from the manufacturers or their distributors only. We are not official distributors of these products. We never sell counterfeit, replica, or imitation goods.

Warranty
Our products come in their box with all the manufacturer papers, including the international warranty. Our watches with Day/date come with an English one.
Availability
As the luxury products which we sell are made to order by the manufacturers upon receipt of your orders the shipping time is 2 weeks approximately. If the delivery time of your order is longer we will of course inform you in order to know whether you maintain it.
Pictures
The images published in our site are professional ones. They come mainly from the manufacturers or from their distributors. The products which we sell correspond to these pictures. As most of the products which we sell are made to order we cannot send pictures
Prices
Our prices are in Swiss francs, € or US They include the worldwide shipping charges and the international insurance only. They do not include any tax or VAT. We are not responsible for taxes or duties imposed by any country. Goods shipped within Switzerland are subject to the Swiss VAT.
Trades
We sell 100 % brand news items only. That is why we do NOT do trades.
Shipping Charges
They are included in our prices. We ship worldwide free of
charge.

All our packages are insured against damage by our Swiss insurance

Return Policy
Each item is carefully checked before shipping. If however you receive a wrong item, we will of course replace it free of charge. If despite our strict controls you receive a defective item we will of course repair it free of charge. As we sell only brand new items produced on demand especially for our customers, we do not have any other return policy.

Straps and bracelets are manufacturers original one.

These General terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws in Switzerland. Any dispute ansing out of, or in connection with these General terms and conditions shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the place of our Swiss registered office.
