At Swiss Watches 1999, most watches are sourced specifically from manufacturers, distributors or suppliers after an order has been placed.
For this reason, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect choice by the customer
- Size, weight or appearance expectations
- Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control
- Any reason unrelated to a confirmed manufacturing defect
We encourage customers to carefully review all specifications, photographs and product information before placing an order.
Manufacturing Defects
Every watch offered by Swiss Watches 1999 is covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty unless otherwise stated.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Swiss Watches 1999 promptly after discovering the issue.
The watch may be inspected by the manufacturer, an authorized service center or our Swiss watchmaker in accordance with the warranty procedures of the brand.
Repair or Replacement
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed under the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, the watch will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Swiss Watches 1999 does not offer refunds for manufacturing defects.
The sole remedy available under this policy is repair or replacement.
Shipping Damage
Customers are requested to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Any shipping damage must be reported without delay and accompanied by photographs of both the packaging and the watch.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the outcome of the claim with the carrier.
Unauthorized Returns
No watch may be returned without prior written authorization from Swiss Watches 1999.
Any unauthorized return may be refused and returned to the sender.
Order Cancellations
Because most watches are sourced specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processing has begun.
Customers are therefore encouraged to ensure that all details are correct before placing an order.
Limited Editions, New Old Stock & Special Orders
Many watches offered by Swiss Watches 1999 are produced in limited quantities, belong to rare New Old Stock selections or are sourced specifically upon customer request.
For this reason, all such sales are final.
