At Swiss Watches 1999, most watches are sourced specifically for each customer after an order has been placed.
Many of the watches we offer are limited editions, New Old Stock timepieces or models produced in relatively small quantities. For this reason, each order involves a dedicated sourcing and fulfillment process.
We therefore encourage customers to carefully review all specifications, photographs and product information before placing an order.
Before You Order
We are always happy to answer questions regarding a watch’s specifications, dimensions, movement, delivery times or availability before purchase.
Our goal is to help every customer make an informed and confident decision.
Manufacturing Defects
All watches supplied by Swiss Watches 1999 are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the watch will be inspected and handled in accordance with the warranty procedures established by the manufacturer.
Repair or Replacement
Should a manufacturing defect be confirmed under the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, the watch will be repaired or replaced.
This ensures that the customer receives a watch fully conforming to the quality standards expected from the brand.
Refunds
As most watches are sourced specifically on behalf of each customer, refunds are generally not available once an order has been confirmed and processed.
For the same reason, purchases cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind, personal preference or other circumstances unrelated to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Shipping Damage
Customers are invited to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Any shipping damage should be reported promptly and supported by photographs of the packaging and watch in order to facilitate the claims process.
Limited Editions, New Old Stock & Special Orders
Many watches offered by Swiss Watches 1999 are produced in limited quantities or sourced specifically upon customer request.
These watches often require special procurement arrangements and are therefore supplied on a final-sale basis.
